Before my computer have a wallpaper of arthas but now when it starts up i can just see the wallpaper at first then after a while it will turn into blue... what should i do to return it!?

Well if your wallpaper change and is forced to everytime in a restart, you might hold a virus that takes over your perspective. You might want to scan your computer to make sure.
you can revision it from properties of the right hand click of the mouse
