My computer won't turn on!!?

I regard the problem is your PC's power supply. It must have burned. You have need of to change it, but you must know which power supply your computer uses. Also, spawn sure to buy one with plenty voltage for every hardware that is plugged on your motherboard so you can shrink the possibilities to have another burned power supply. You should give somebody a lift it to an IT guy and not to a wanna be technician. Note: Never buy a cheaper power supply. Most of the time cheaper ones like an emachine do not later long and when they burn they, most of the time, burn the motherboard.
Look for a reset button som ewhere in fund and/or on the surge protector?
Did you leave it plugged into the electricity contained by your house,(for example, surge protector to house wall plug, etc.) You may have have lightning surge thru, and fry your computer. If you're lucky, it just fryed the power supply.
This happen to me with my older computer. You'll have to bring it surrounded by and replace something dealing with the power. But look on the bright side, your info can probably be salvage and you'll get a better computer.
might be a fruitless power switch. (happened to mine a year or two ago. But i would check the power cable with a tester to see if it is discouraging first.
ck powersupply fusse orck powercord good luck
