My desktop/start menu disappeared;can't right click to try & net change; on toshiba laptop next to window xp
Press the Microsift logo knob in the upper right nouns of the keyboard. This will bequeath the start menu where you should know how to right click in the blank nouns next to log off and select properties. Go to taskbar and see what the setting are.
