i unplugged it for a while and when i plugged it put money on up, the outside didn't light up to bring up to date me it was getting power to it. i checked the plug and it worked and when i peeked surrounded by there be a little green lantern on the inside, but again. nothing works. can you email me your suggestions to melallen@dwsd.org please.
My computer in recent times stopped working adjectives of a sudden. at hand be a adjectives smell attached to this occurance.?
the trouble-free way to inform what blew is a little gross but widen it up and smell the components, the one that blew will have a vastly strong odor of burnt electronics...that will detail you what you need to replace...
or if you hold a multimeter, you can test the individual parts, but most population don't, so just use your feeler..also the fact that the power neutral was on, on your mobo tell me that there is some power flowing from your psu to the board...but the doesn't necessarily parsimonious it's not cooked, just smaller quantity likely.
if here was a adjectives smell, your power supply might have blown. your best bet is to lug it to geek squad or some other computer store. you can always try buying another power supply to see if that help, but the store should be able to inform you exactly what happened. do you enjoy your computer plugged into a surge protector? it might have be hit by a storm or something. good luck!
