My computer wont start up, and i inevitability to carry my files past its sell-by date the tough drive. can some one please push for?

i want to retrieve files from my hard drive, but my computer wont boot up. when i turn it on it give me the option of safe and sound mode or the last successful configuration. non of the option work. How can i retrive my files?

You can take it to a repair shop OR do it yourself.



Go purchase a spanking new hard drive.

Remove the matured one and install the new one surrounded by its place.

Do a clean install of your operating system.

Reinstall adjectives the required drivers (Video, sound, introduce yourself, motherboard)

Do all the OS updates.



Install the old-fashioned hard drive as a slave (second drive) or as an External Drive - afterwards you can copy all of your Docs, pics, email, address book to the unmarked drive.



Any programs will have to be installed from their origional disks, they can't be copied.



After you own copied all of the files from the weak hard drive - refomat it and use it have extra storage.

Oooh...that is most feasible a virus. It happened to me.. Take it hastily to someone like Circuit City or Office Depot or SOMEWHERE that does virus scan.
if last succesful config doesnt work consequently your HDD has xrashed you can any get a restoration cd from your fabrication or take out your HDD and install a foreign one. 200Gb = around $50
hi dear friend .your operating system has get some errors try installing a fresh copy of windows or other operating systems. this will solve your problem .
