My CPU is a 64 bit processor but my window xp is not. Am I considered a 64 bit or not?

You are a 64bit machine running 32bit software. There is nil wrong with that. You can upgrade to a 64bit magazine of XP, but expect a lot (if not all), of your software to be incompatible next to it.
