My computer wont work?
Sounds like a profile from the operating system might be corrupted. Either that or you picked up some sort of boot virus. Can you further evaluate -- how long have you disappeared the computer on before giving up and trying to re-boot again? Also try to see if you can get hold of into your operating system using safe mode (pressing F8 right at boot-up). If you can, see if you can run your virus scanner.
Update: It plainly sounds like you own a corrupt boot file. This ill-fatedly means you will enjoy to reinstall the operating system of whatever you are using (XP, Vista etc.). If you can't receive into windows contained by safe mode as I mentioned above, afterwards there is no other course around this. But let me know if you can and email me again. Remember, press F8 right when the computer starts booting.
