presently im plugging the bluetooth in my computer and it wont show up on the taskbar or anywhere on my computer.. how can i capture it to work?

You need to reload the disk that come with it hindmost onto your computer
Plug in the bluetooth and budge to Start->Settings->Control panel->Add hardware. Follow the instructions on the screen. This will consent to Windows find your device again and install the appropriate driver for it.
