Ms-6577 Mother Board bios sustain?

anyway to conveyance the CPU (outside)Frequency from 100MHz to 200MHz without going surrounded by the bios ? My pheonix Awards bios v6.00PG doesnt have cpu or voltage option in the bios. I tried updating it but it have the same option..., the Mother Board is a ms-6577 from HP in the a600y desktops. Reason why is because my P4 HT 2.6 ghz Northwood is merely running at 1300 mhz, Bus speed: 100.1, Rated FSB: 400

Ms-6577 Mother Board bios sustain?

all motherboard bios's should own settings to change clock frequency (unless HP blocked it)

get sure that the bios clock frequency settings are in user define mode or you won't be capable of change it.
