My desktop display icon are inverted. how can i variety them mundane?

basically press alt+ctrl+(any arrow key) on keyboard..n preserve pressing till ur desktop icons grasp normal
Right click on desktop



Select Graphics Property



Select Display Property



Select Display Rotation as 0



OR yOU can also desable Display Rotation.
