I use Tune Up Utilities 2007, it let's you change the logon eyeshade, the themes contained by general, and it have built in optimizers for the PC and the Web Browsers.
I downloaded Vista Inspirat 2. Which change the skins, startup and icons of XP to look similar to Vista but still works as XP. This is the link to the download it but take home sure you read about BricoPacks within the second link to brand name sure your computer is compatible before installing it.
