Is this stable overclocking?

i overclocked my amd athlon 64x2 fx-62 to 2.926GHZ from stock 2.800GHZ and its running on a stock hetasink and devotee will this kill my processor.

Is this stable overclocking?

no that will not assassinate your processor, that depends how the rest is setup and if its the cpu your trying to overclock. i personally consider successful overclocks to .75 - 1ghz over stock. You might consider large FSB over cpuoverclock.

Mine runs from 2.4 -> 3.65 at 30c stable if you have any problems getting at tiniest half a see outta your setup msg me ill relieve
I would say thats pretty stable. Just check the warmth from time to time to make sure its not too giant. I doubt it would kill your processor, but it could slightly shrinking the CPU's life.
