ok so on ebay theyre is this guy who sell a mac mini with leopard preinstalled how is it possible if the osx wasnt released all the same?
is it a scam because he has 100% positie feedback.

I'd forget it. Leopard isn't be released while October, unless the seller is mistaken and have Tiger installed. Cheers, Moggy.
Send the seller a write down telling him he's confused Tiger beside Leopard.
If they still advertise it beside Leopard, report it to eBay as fraud.
During the WWDC, Apple gave beta copies of Leopard to developers so that they can start writing and trialling their applications for it. Unfortunately, these beta copies have since found their route on torrent sites, available for all to download.
The guy selling the Mac mini have probably got a beta text of Leopard installed.
