i hold a dell dimension E310 and planning on purchasing a keyboard next to a built in scroller but i'm not sure if any type of those keyboards will be compatible beside my pc so where on earth can i find a keyboard approaching that online or at a store?

if the keyboard comes next to its own software and drivers, then it will work. if running Vista, spawn sure the keyboard box say it is Vista compatible otherwise it won't function like it should.
Can you buy it within stores seperately? If you can, you can use it with any computer.
