Yes. Go into setup/bios and within will be an option at hand.
Yes, your computer should have come beside a Windows XP (or whatever OS you use) Recovery Disc. Place the compact disc in to your computer's compact disc drive and restart. The computer will boot from the CD. When prompted, choose to reinstall Windows. This will restore your computer to when you first get it. However, the process will erase whatever you have saved on your computer. So, be sure to free your important background before restoring it.
