They are same illustrative cards with different manufacturer, and both on overpriced stores. Go to http://www.newegg.com/product/productlis... and you will see what I mean. This clear card is pretty crappy one by the way.

If you want a card that support direct x 10 DONT get anything smaller number then a 8600, this is because anything smaller quantity then that will support direct x 10, but it might not be powerfull plenty for the latest games.
