I wouldn't do this if I were you, unless you enjoy all of your programs (including your window install disc). You'll be sorry. Also, if you enjoy a DVD drive, you'll have to numeral out where to attain the decoders again, and if you don't have them on disc, you'll enjoy to pay 20 or 30 dollars for them. BUT! if you really want to re-format your tough drive and wipe everything off of it, you can other use a boot disc to boot to DOS and type format: C It depends on what you're wanting to do. To truly wipe a hard disk completely verbs you need to do it while running the OS stale another disk. Otherwise, windows will never allow you to delete every record...

If this is a name brand system, you any have a disc that will reload or a way to access a dividing wall on the harddrive (usually some key combination or trigger) that will reload what you see subsidise to factory.



If it's under warranty contact the entrepreneur for tech support. Might have to instruct Restore CD's from them.
