Computer crashed will not reboot merely restore says i will lose adjectives files (including family photos not but backed up!) i hooked harddrive to another computer and it will not permit me do anything with it the individual message i get is drive is corrupt and unreadable thankfulness so much!
Is here anyway to carry info stale a hardrive once the message say disc is corrupt and unreadable?
Put the drive back within the other PC after you set the jumper to slave. Then enter the BIOS and set your IDE option to Auto.
Then Boot to windows and see if you can retrieve your information and burn backup disks.

Yes. Your system folder has probably become corrupted. The easiest to fix this is to turn out and buy a new unyielding drive. Take the old drive out and convert to a portable drive (The conversion apparatus is about $20). Install the strange drive and boot up the computer. The manufacturer hopefully give you a start up disc. If not you need an OS (operating system), preferably what you have before. Once you find the computer running you should have no trouble locating adjectives your old files. You can copy them to your modern drive and save the outmoded hard drive as a back-up! Does this minister to?
you have a short time ago learned a costly lesson. always product a backup of the files you need to free,,, never leave anything of rush on a computer. without backup copies..
immediately your mistake was installing the complicated drive into another computer,, that computer will have over written the MBS (master boot sector) of the drive)
yes you can still gain the files you need stale the drive though you need to know what to do and how to do it.
